Thyborøn Stevedore A / S offers all types of maritime service and stevedore tasks, including port agency in the three west coast ports of Thyborøn, Thorsminde, and Hvide Sande.

In close collaboration with our parent company Danske Fiskeauktioner, we have significant resources in the form of qualified personnel and equipment. This means that we can offer a great deal of flexibility in the form of 24-hour service all 365 days of the year.

At our office in Thyborøn, a permanent staff of administrative staff specializing in logistics will ensure that the work is planned and organized according to the customer’s wishes, incl. preparation of transport documents including customs documents.

At a group level, we can offer total solutions with a collection of goods at the manufacturer, storage in cold stores, dry storage, or outdoor areas, loading of a ship and sea transport, with own ships from Nørresundby Rederi & Shipping, directly to the quay at the end-user in e.g. England, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, and the Scandinavian countries.

Examples of tasks we solve on a daily basis:

Delivery of fish feed from our warehouse in Thyborøn and directly to the end-user in the Norwegian fjords. This task is solved in collaboration with Aller Aqua.

Sea transport of bricks from our warehouse in Thyborøn to Norwegian cities.

Transport and storage of frozen fish and fish waste, which ends up as a protein-rich feed for Danish mink farms. Picking up frozen fish in the Faroe Islands and Iceland, sailing them to Thyborøn, where they are stored in a cold storage until processing.
